Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is a former vice president between 1999 – 2007, and he decamped from the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) on December 3, 2017, citing President Buhari's failure to implement most of his electoral promises. Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state, Nigeria had on Tuesday December 5, created a ministry for "Happiness and Purpose Fulfillment". This decision, he noted, is to help address some of the challenges of residents of his state, but it met with a backlash, jokes and interesting reactions from Nigerian citizens.
